The game between Top Four teams took place in Kuwait City. 3rd ranked Kuwaiti host Kazma (1-3) was smashed by top-ranked Bahrain Al-Manama (4-0) 102-82. Al-Manama outrebounded Kazma 47-32 including 32 on the defensive glass. Al-Manama looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 26 personal fouls committed by Kazma helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Americans were the main players on the court. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Travin Thibodeaux (203-1996, college: New Orleans) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 4 assists and swingman SirDominic Pointer (198-1992, college: St.John's) who added 20 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Power forward Clinton Chapman (208-1989, college: Texas, agency: Diamond Sports) responded with 35 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Al-Manama have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending Bahrain champion maintains first position with 4-0 record, which they share with Gorgan. Kazma at the other side keeps the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Al Ahli and Al Rayyan. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

The winners were led by American swingman Chavaughn Lewis (195-1993, college: Marist) who scored that evening 34 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Nick Minnerath supported him with 23 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Shabab Al Ahli's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 23 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists by Palestinian-Canadian forward Shane Osayande (200-1993, college: Saskatchewan) did not help to save the game for Al Shamal. Defending UAE champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Al-Muharraq and Kuwait. Al Shamal at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Al Naft. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
